Mizitame cosmetic products DO NOT accept returns due to hygiene, safety, and health regulations applicable to topical use products.

Exceptions - When We DO Accept Returns
1. Defective Product
If you receive a product with manufacturing defects:
- Deadline: 48 hours from receipt
- Condition: Product unopened and in its original packaging
- Process: Contact us by sending photos of the defect
2. Shipping Error
If you receive a product different from the one ordered:
- Deadline: 48 hours from receipt
- Condition: Product unopened
- Process: We will send you the correct product at no additional cost
3. Damage During Transport
If the product arrives damaged due to transport:
- Deadline: 24 hours from receipt
- Condition: Keep the original packaging
- Process: Send photos of the damage to manage with the transport company
Claim Process

Step 2: Evaluation
Our team will evaluate your case within a maximum of 24 working hours.
Step 3: Resolution
If the claim is valid:
- Defective product: Full refund or new product shipment
- Shipping error: Shipment of the correct product
- Transport damage: Refund or reshipment as applicable
Refunds
Refund Methods
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/debit card: 3-5 working days
- PayPal: 1-3 working days
- Bank transfer: 3-7 working days
Shipping Costs
- Defective product: We refund shipping costs
- Our error: We refund shipping costs
- Change of mind:** Shipping costs are NOT refunded (not applicable due to no returns policy)
