About the product
What is biophotonic technology?
It is a pain relief system based on the transmission of light energy through the structured water in the formula. It stimulates the body’s natural anti-inflammatory mechanisms without using pharmacological active ingredients. You can find the full explanation on this page.
Are BEIMAN Sport and BEIMAN Foot different products?
Yes. BEIMAN Sport is formulated for general muscle and joint pain (tendinitis, contractures, neck pain, lower back pain, fibromyalgia, arthritis). BEIMAN Foot is specifically formulated for plantar fasciitis and heel spurs.
Can I use BEIMAN Sport for plantar fasciitis (or the other way around)?
Technically, the base of the formula is similar, but we recommend using the specific product for each indication to obtain the best results.
About how to use it
How much should I apply?
Approximately 5 g per application, spread well over the affected area. Effectiveness does not increase with more quantity: if you don’t notice improvement within 2–3 minutes, there is no need to apply more.
How many times a day can I use it?
We recommend two applications a day, morning and night, until you finish the tube.
Why shouldn’t I keep the product once opened?
BEIMAN does not contain chemical preservatives. To ensure effectiveness, we recommend continuous use according to the protocol and avoiding keeping an opened product for a long time.
How long will it take before I feel relief?
Most people notice an initial effect within 2–3 minutes. If after 3 minutes there is no improvement at all, the product is not active for your specific case.
About safety
Does it have any side effects?
BEIMAN is a cosmetic product for external use with no pharmacological active ingredients. No systemic side effects have been documented. Only precaution: possible allergy to any component; in that case, discontinue use.
Is it compatible with other medications?
Yes. Since it contains no pharmacological active ingredients, no drug interactions are known.
Is it suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
It is a cosmetic product for external use. We recommend consulting your healthcare professional before using it during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Can I use it in children?
For use in children, we recommend consulting a pediatrician beforehand.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping to mainland Spain: 24–72 business hours. Shipping to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and the rest of Europe: check delivery times at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most EU countries and to the USA. Costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout according to destination.
About returns
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, unless the cosmetic product has been opened and was sealed for hygiene reasons. Details in our returns policy.
