At Mizitame we want your purchase to be completely transparent. Here we explain how returns and refunds work.
Withdrawal period
In line with Spanish and European legislation, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to justify your decision.
Exceptions for hygiene reasons
As these are cosmetic products for external use, returns of opened, used or unsealed products are not accepted, in accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons).
Yes, returns are accepted for products that are sealed, unopened, in their original packaging and intact.
How to start a return
- Email us at info@mizitame.com stating your order number and the products you wish to return.
- We will confirm the return shipping instructions for you.
- Once we have received and checked the condition of the product, we will process the refund using the same original payment method.
Refund timeframes
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 business days from receipt and verification of the return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or a shipping error on our part.
Defective or incorrect product
If you receive a defective product or one different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Biophotonic satisfaction guarantee
If after trying the product for the first time you do not notice any improvement at all within 3 minutes (that is, the product is not active for your case), do not waste the rest: contact us so we can review your situation. Although for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened product, we assess each case individually.
